Move topics
Put a topic in the wrong category? Move it: its notes and status come along. Its ratings do not — a rating belongs to its category's scale, so moving deletes them for good, and Soolist warns you before it does. You can select several topics in a category and move them together.
Merge duplicates
When the same film or book was added twice, Soolist shows Possible duplicates in the category. Merge one into the other: ratings, notes, statuses and places in collections all move to the one you keep, and you choose whose name, description and cover stay.
Trash
Deleted categories, topics, collections and ratings go to the Trash first. From there you can restore them for 30 days; a restored topic brings its category back with it if that was deleted too. You can also delete things for good from the trash.
