Every topic has notes: a place for longer thoughts than a rating's short note.
Private or shared
- A private note is only for you — where you left off, a quote you liked, what to remember.
- A shared note is read by everyone who can see the topic. Friends and space members can reply to it, and you can mention someone with @ so they are told.
Notes are written in simple formatting: bold, italic, lists, quotes, headings and links. Mark a note as a spoiler to hide it until someone chooses to read it.
Your history on a topic
The notes also show your ratings and status changes over time, so a topic tells the whole story of you and that film, book or place.
You can edit or delete your own notes. A note someone replied to stays as "deleted" so the conversation keeps its place.
