2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account, password, and activity under your account. Use accurate account information, keep your login details secure, and tell us if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. What Soolist is
Soolist helps you create rating systems, save ratings over time, organize topics and collections, and share selected content. Soolist is an organization tool, not professional advice, official ranking, or a guarantee that any score or recommendation is correct.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you create. By adding content to Soolist, you give us permission to store, process, display, reproduce, and transmit it as needed to operate the service and show it according to your visibility settings.
5. Visibility and sharing
You are responsible for what you choose to make public, unlisted, visible to friends, or visible in shared spaces. Public and shared content may be seen, copied, indexed, or referenced by other people outside your control, even if you later change visibility or delete it.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse Soolist or use it to harm other people. You agree not to:
- Post illegal, abusive, hateful, harassing, threatening, exploitative, or invasive content.

7. Service changes and availability
Soolist is evolving. We may add, change, limit, or remove features, and the service may be unavailable from time to time. We try to preserve your data, but you should keep your own copies of anything important.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe these Terms were violated, the service is being abused, or continued access creates risk for Soolist or other users. You may stop using Soolist at any time and may ask us for account deletion help.

Soolist is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities.
10. Minimum age
Soolist is not for children under 13 or anyone below the minimum age required to use online services in their region. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
