Visibility
Categories, topics and collections each have a visibility:

| Everyone | Anyone, also people without an account |
| Unlisted | Anyone with the link; it is not shown elsewhere |

| Private | Only you |
In a space, Space members means everyone in the space. A topic can be more private than its category, never more open.
Share an image
On a rating, a collection or your year in review, choose Share as story to make an image for a story or a post. Making the image publishes nothing.
Your year in review
Your yearly recap is private until you share it. Shared, it gets a page anyone with the link can open, built only from what you show to everyone. You can stop sharing it at any time and the link stops working.
